The Wickwire House is an award-winning Bed & Breakfast located in Kentville, nova Scotia, Canada.

Giles has been responsible for the creation of the business identity and visual language which has included the design of the Logo and supporting wordtype, print collateral, business stationery, property features, signage and website design, development and hosting.

The property has a lively history and has a strong local presence and reputation being situated prominantly on Wickwire Hill. This has been leveraged visually by painting the house a dramatic, rich blue which is in keeping with it's grand Victorian Style. This blue has been utilized throughout all visual presentation and helps define the property and enhances it's marketplace consistency.

The websites, both regular desktop and optimized moble versions have been developed with industry-standards including HTML5, CSS and JS. Additionally, the mobile specific version has been built with the JQuerymobile framework, an industry favorite being developed and supported by companies including Adobe, Mozilla and IBM. The sites are easily updated through the client CMS.
